RETURN POLICY

REFUND PROCESS

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the designated region may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
